Andy James

Andy James is an English guitar virtuoso known for his blazing picking and original music as both a solo artist and a member of Sacred Mother Tongue. Influenced by artists like John Petrucci and Steve Vai, James began his career in melodic death metal before branching out into heavy metal and hard rock with the band. He has released several instrumental albums showcasing his lead guitar skills and established the Andy James Guitar Academy.

James' career includes two albums and an EP with Sacred Mother Tongue before the band disbanded in 2013. He has since released solo albums like "Exodus" and "Arrival," as well as his own signature ESP guitar.
