Alex Britti

Alex Britti, a Roman-born musician, began showcasing his musical talents at a young age by playing guitar in the mid-'70s. By his late teens, Britti had formed his own trio and gained local fame in Rome's club scene, performing at festivals and collaborating with international stars. In 1990, Britti embarked on a European tour with Rosa King, which paved the way for him to start composing his own Italian music. His debut album in 1992 marked his entry as a singer-songwriter in the Italian music scene. Britti's success continued with hits like "Quello Che Voglio" and "Solo una Volta," leading to a breakthrough at the Sanremo Festival in 1999 and subsequent releases that solidified his place in Italian pop music.

Since his early days, Alex Britti has maintained a prominent presence in the Italian music industry, with successful albums like La Vasca in 2000, which sold over a million copies. His participation in events like the Sanremo Festival and releases such as 3 (2003) and Festa (2006) have solidified his position on the Italian pop charts.
