Booty Luv, a U.K.-based dance/R&B duo, gained attention with their debut single "Boogie 2nite," featuring vocals from former Big Brovaz members Cherise Roberts and Nadia Shepherd. Signed to Hed Kandi, they followed up with a successful cover of Luther Vandross' "Shine," receiving airplay on BBC Radio 1. The duo released their debut album, Boogie 2Nite, in 2007, which spent nearly a month in the Top 40, and continued their momentum with the single "Some Kinda Rush" in December of the same year.
