Young Tender, a synth-pop band hailing from Monterrey, has unveiled their latest single "Tokyo," a preview of their upcoming debut album 'Rotos'. Over the past year, the band focused on crafting 'Rotos', a 10-track album centered around themes of emotional detachment.
"Tokyo" explores feelings of disappointment and sadness stemming from separation, ultimately offering solace and comfort. This initial track sets the tone for Young Tender's sound, promising a blend of melancholy and resilience that listeners can relate to throughout the album. Comprising Sixto, Daniel, Abel, Chris, and Jamaica, the band released their second EP 'Necios' in late 2016, garnering significant public acclaim. This success led to a 2017 tour across various Mexican cities and consideration for music festivals in Torreón and San Luis Potosí.
