Santaferia is a ten-piece musical group that found their way to cumbia music after exploring various musical paths. Formed in the winter of 2006, the band's name reflects the diversity of world fairs. With a growing fan base, Santaferia has released four albums: "Le Traigo Cumbia" (2011), "Lo Que Va a Pasar" (2013), "Haciendo Nada" (2016), and "En el Ojo del Huracán" (2017). Known for their high-energy live performances, the band has gained recognition in both large venues and intimate settings.
In 2017, Santaferia celebrated their 10th anniversary with a successful DVD release event at the Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile, drawing over 13,000 attendees. The band continues to expand their reach, with notable performances at festivals such as Festival de Olmue and Lollapalooza Chile in 2018, as well as international appearances in Los Angeles, California.
