Renowned Congolese gospel singer Sandra Mbuyi, born on July 28, 1984, in Kinshasa, DRC, is known for blending traditional gospel music with modern influences. She has collaborated with notable gospel artists from the DRC, including Charles Mombaya, Marie Misamu, Choisie Basolua, LΓÇÖOr Mbongo, and Mike Kalambay.
Sandra Mbuyi released her debut single "Nzambe ya ba orphelin" in March 2006, followed by her album "Na loboko ya tata" in July 2007. Her album "EYANO," meaning "response" in French, was released in November 2018, featuring 11 diverse tracks addressing various Christian themes. In addition, she released the single "Goodness!" on November 25, 2023.
