Sam Martin, a chart-topping singer/songwriter from New York City, gained recognition for his collaborations with Maroon 5, David Guetta, and others in the 2010s. He co-leads the band Con Bro Chill and released his debut EP, Blue Tuesday, in 2018. Born Samuel Denison Martin in 1983, he dropped out of Berklee School of Music to pursue his music career and found success with viral videos and the band Con Bro Chill.
Martin's career took off when Maroon 5 recorded his song "Daylight," leading to collaborations with Ziggy Marley, T.I., and David Guetta. He contributed to several hit tracks, including Maroon 5's "It Was Always You" and Guetta's "Lovers on the Sun." In 2018, Martin released the EP Blue Tuesday, featuring covers of songs by U2 and the Beatles, as well as his original track "Long Live the Billionaire."
