Sadhana Sargam

Sadhana Sargam is an accomplished Indian playback singer known for her versatile vocals in Bollywood, regional, spiritual, and other genres across multiple languages. She began her musical journey at a young age under the guidance of her mother, a classical singer and teacher, and further honed her skills through training with Hindustani classical vocalist Pandit Jasraj.

In the 1980s, Sargam's career gained momentum as she collaborated with prominent composers like Kalyanji-Anandji, contributing to hits such as "Har Kisiko Nahin Milta Yahan Pyar" from the film Janbaaz (1986). Her success continued into the 1990s with popular songs like "Saat Samundar Paar" from Vishwatma (1992) and "Pehla Nasha" from Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, showcasing her range and appeal. Sargam's repertoire spans various languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi, working with renowned composers such as Ilaiyaraaja, Anu Malik, and A. R. Rahman.
