Rajesh Roshan, born to a Punjabi father and Bengali mother, is the son of renowned film composer Roshan. He has two children and is the brother of an Indian film producer and director. Roshan gained recognition for his musical scores in films like Kunwara Baap (1974), Des Pardes, Man Pasand, and Lootmaar, followed by a string of successful compositions featuring Kishore Kumar in various films.
Throughout the 1990s, Roshan continued his work in the music industry with notable contributions to albums such as Karan Arjun (1995), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), and Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000). Despite his success, some critics have raised concerns about similarities between his popular songs and tunes from other countries.
