Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor, a saxophonist from Denver, began his musical journey at the age of seven and quickly found success playing in school bands and later in a Top 40 group called Mixed Company. After catching the attention of jazz keyboardist Keiko Matsui and producer Kazu Matsui at the Catalina Island Jazz Festival, Taylor joined their band and released his debut album On the Horn in 1995, which achieved chart success. Subsequent albums like Pleasure Seeker, Undercover, and Ladies' Choice continued to garner acclaim, with the latter reaching number one on the contemporary jazz charts. Taylor's latest releases, Tenacity, Countdown, and AND NOW THIS, have solidified his position as a prominent figure in the contemporary jazz scene.
