Biography
In 1992, Paul Elstak founded Rotterdam Records under Mid-Town records, releasing his debut single 'Life Is Like A Dance' in 1995. His subsequent releases, including hits like 'Luv U More' and 'Rainbow In The Sky', garnered success in the Dutch Top 40 during the 1990s.
Paul Elstak's music has seen a resurgence with the Happy Hardcore revival, leading to a busy tour schedule performing at Hardcore, nineties, and Freestyle parties across Europe, as well as in Australia, the USA, and Japan. He achieved commercial success with the title song for the film New Kids Turbo in 2010, winning a Rembrandt Award and receiving a gold record. In 2017, his collaborations with rapper Jebroer and producer Dr Phunk on tracks like ‘Kind Van De Duivel’ and ‘Engeltje’ achieved widespread popularity and commercial success, with the former going triple Platinum in the Netherlands and Gold in Belgium.
