Pat Monahan

Pat Monahan, best known as the lead singer of Train, began his music career in the coffeehouses of San Francisco with guitarist Rob Hotchkiss before forming the band Train and achieving success with their album Drops of Jupiter in 2001. In 2006, Train took a hiatus, leading Monahan to collaborate with Guy Chambers on a project for Tina Turner. This partnership led to the creation of Monahan's solo album, Last of Seven, released in 2007 under Sony.

Born in Erie, PA in 1969, Pat Monahan moved to California in 1993 to pursue his musical ambitions. His journey from a solo artist in coffeehouses to the frontman of Train, as well as his successful collaboration with Guy Chambers on Tina Turner's project, showcased Monahan's versatility and songwriting talents. Last of Seven, his debut solo album released in 2007, marked a significant milestone in his career as a musician.
