Nemesea is a Dutch alternative rock band from Groningen, initially known for their symphonic gothic metal sound reminiscent of Evanescence and Lacuna Coil. Over the years, they evolved to incorporate more electronic elements into their music, leading to a more polished pop sound. With five studio albums released, including "Mana" (2004) and "White Flag" (2019), the band has continued to experiment with their sonic direction, now featuring vocalist Sanne Mieloo. Their latest efforts include singles like "Hear Me" and "Twilight" from the album "UPRISE" (2016).

In 2023, Nemesea is set to release new music, building upon their electronic-infused rock sound. The band has seen lineup changes over the years, with Sanne Mieloo taking over as the lead vocalist in 2016.
