Natasja

Danish reggae, dancehall, and hip-hop artist Natasja, born Natasja Saad in Copenhagen on October 31, 1974, gained recognition for her talent at a young age, releasing solo work like the "Cover Me" 12" single and the "Summercute" 7" before her debut full-length album, Release, in 2005. Natasja won the Irie FM Big Break Reggae Competition in Jamaica in 2006, leading to a record deal and a performance at Reggae Sunfest. Despite her promising career, Natasja tragically passed away in a car accident in Jamaica on June 24, 2007. A posthumous album, I Danmark er Jeg Fodt, reached number one on the Danish charts later that year, solidifying her legacy in the music industry.
