Mashudu

Mashudu Mosoeu, a South African musician and songwriter from Soweto, Gauteng, discovered her passion for music through her involvement in a school choir and later delved into opera. She has performed as a soloist in theatre productions in the United States and Scotland before transitioning to the amapiano genre during her university years at the University of Witwatersrand. Collaborating with renowned artists such as Soa Mattrix, Dj Maphorisa, and Master KG, her hits like "Mina Nawe" and "Kuvaliwe" have garnered significant attention in the music industry.

Raised in a household that valued education, Mashudu honed her musical talents through singing in church and school choirs. She further developed her skills with guidance from producers like Soa Mattrix and later ventured into amapiano with collaborators such as Amu classic and Kappie. Known for her exceptional vocal abilities and songwriting prowess, Mashudu has worked with industry giants like Heavy K, Musa Keys, and Kelvin Momo, solidifying her position as a rising star in the music scene.
