Based in Manchester, UK, Martin Jacoby is a professional pianist and composer who began his musical journey in Nottingham at age 6. After studying classical piano performance at the Royal Northern College of Music, he debuted his original show "Debussy and Ravel: Earth and Water" in 2012, showcasing Ravel's "Gaspard de la Nuit."
Martin Jacoby ventured into recording in 2013, featuring on Jennifer Watson's album "Meditations" before securing a successful recording deal with Ameritz Music. He released over 80 recordings under the Basilica record label between 2014 and 2017, including his debut album "Plexus" in 2015 and the EP "Evergreen" in 2017 featuring the Up North Session Orchestra.
