Biography

Mad Clown, born Jo Dong-rim in Evanston, Illinois in 1985, moved to South Korea as a child and discovered hip-hop during his teenage years in the United States. He launched his music career in 2008 as Mad Clown, achieving success with hits like "Stupid in Love" in 2013. Signing with Starship Entertainment, he released EPs like "Ferocity" (2014) and "Love Is a Dog From Hell" (2017) before moving to Sameside Company in 2018 and dropping "0" in 2020. Known for collaborations, Mad Clown's latest work includes the 2021 single "I Miss You" with singer Punch.
