Koduri Marakathamani Keeravaani, known professionally as M. M. Keeravani, is an Indian music composer, record producer, singer, and lyricist, primarily active in Telugu cinema. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, eleven Nandi Awards, and two National Film Awards. In 2023, he was honored with the Padma Shri by the Government of India for his contributions to Indian cinema.
Keeravani has also worked on projects in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam cinema. He is recognized for his notable compositions in films such as Kshana Kshanam (1991), Annamayya (1997), Magadheera (2009), Baahubali (2015 and 2017), and RRR (2022), collaborating with directors like K. Raghavendra Rao and S. S. Rajamouli. His work often featured vocals by renowned singers S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and K. S. Chithra.
