Biography
After the retirement of the Legendary Cathedral Quartet in 1999, Scott Fowler and Roger Bennett formed Legacy Five in January 2000, continuing the tradition of Southern Gospel Quartet singing. The group quickly made an impact on the industry, receiving numerous awards and accolades, including Recording of the Year from the Southern Gospel Music Association and the 2020 Dove Award for their album "Pure Love."
Legacy Five's success has been remarkable, with fans nominating them for over 90 Singing News fan awards in their first decade. Known for their rich four and five part harmonies, the group has been featured on various platforms, including the Gaither & Friends Homecoming Video series and appearances on television programs such as In Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley. The current lineup consists of Scott Fowler, Lee Black, Bryan Walker, Matt Fouch, and Garrett Anderson, each contributing their unique talents to create the signature Legacy Five sound.
