Biography
Keche, also known as the Skill Team, is a Ghanaian vocal group formed in Tema, Accra in 2004, comprised of Andrew Cudjoe and Joshua Ampah. Rising to fame with their 2008 debut album "Pressure," featuring hits like "Omogemi" and "Ring My Bell" with Sarkodie, they solidified their status as kings of the Azonto genre. Their subsequent hits "Sokode" (2011) and "Aluguntugui" (2012) topped local music charts, leading to international tours and endorsements. The duo continued their success with tracks like "Body Lotion" (2013), "Diabetes," "Hallelujah," and "Fine Boy."
Keche's success extended beyond Ghana, performing across Africa, Europe, and North America, including a special invitation to perform at Liberia's Independence Day celebration by former President Ellen Sirleaf Johnson. Their blend of vocals and rap has earned them a strong following and recognition on the African continent.
