Maximo Grado is a regional Mexican group hailing from Culiacan, Sinaloa, known for their danceable corridos and occasional rancheras. Formed in 2011, the band is led by frontman Cristian Felix and features members such as accordionist Alexis Valenzuela, bajo sexto player Adrian Martinez, drummer Jesus Romero, electric bassist Christian Sanchez, and percussionist Willy Saldana. Chief composer Jesús E. Muñoz Sánchez contributes to their distinct sound characterized by syncopated drumming, staccato accordion, and storytelling lyrics that focus on family and country life rather than violence.
