The Detroit-based hip-hop "supergroup" Dark Lotus was formed as a collaboration between Insane Clown Posse and Twiztid. Initially a four-piece, they later added Blaze Ya Dead Homie as the fifth member and ABK as the sixth member. Dark Lotus released their debut album, "Tales from the Lotus Pod," in 2001, followed by "Black Rain" in 2004 and "The Opaque Brotherhood" in 2008. Despite lineup changes and internal tensions, the group continued to release music and tour, gaining a dedicated following within the Juggalo community.
