Danny Boone, originally known as Danny Alexander, hails from Warner Robins, Georgia, and co-founded the eclectic group Rehab, merging country, rock, and rap elements. Formed in the late 1990s with Brooks Buford, Rehab's debut album, Southern Discomfort, fused rap and rock and was released under Sony in 2000. After Buford's departure, Boone revamped the group with Demun Jones, signing with Arshid Entertainment to release Graffiti the World in 2005, later reissued by Universal in 2008. Boone also ventured into a solo career, dropping Fish Grease in 2014 under Colt Ford's Average Joe's label.
