Dan Hartman

Dan Hartman had a diverse career in the music industry during the '70s, playing with bands such as the Edgar Winter Group and Johnny Winter, as well as supporting artists like Ian Hunter and Stevie Wonder as a session musician. After finding success with his disco album Instant Replay, his follow-up Relight My Fire didn't achieve the same level of success. Hartman then shifted his focus to producing for artists like James Brown, and had hits with songs like "Living in America" and "I Can Dream About You" before his passing in 1994. His legacy includes a brief solo career and a successful run as a producer in the music industry.
