Banda Cuisillos

Cuisillos, a top banda group from Mexico, is known for their blend of romantic ballads and upbeat rancheras. Led by musical director Arturo Macías, the band embraces Native American motifs in their music and image, adding a unique touch to their sound. Representing Jalisco, Cuisillos have a deep discography with over two dozen albums released primarily under the Musart label. Their breakthrough came in the early 2000s with award-winning albums like Puras Rancheras con Banda Cuisillos and Las Romanticas de Cuisillos, leading to their greatest success in 2007 with the hit single "Mil Heridas" reaching the top of the charts.
