Agustín Lara

Agustin Lara, a prolific Mexican songwriter from the pre-war era, is best known for timeless classics such as "Granada," "Solamente una Vez," and "Maria Bonita." Born in Mexico City in 1897, Lara showcased his versatility by excelling in various song styles, contributing to the golden era of Mexican film and touring internationally to great acclaim.
