His most recent solo album, "Inks," was released in 2019 after a seven-year gap.
In 2001, Villuis departed from Asura to focus on his solo project, drawing inspiration from ancient Ireland's artisanal caste for his stage name. His debut album as Aes Dana, "Season 5," laid the foundation for his subsequent releases, showcasing a blend of soothing ambient elements, psychedelic sounds, and crisp beats. Throughout his discography, he has incorporated neoclassical influences and collaborated with artists like Miktek.
