Adriana Calcanhotto is a Brazilian artist known for her work as a composer, singer, writer, illustrator, teacher, and ambassador at the University of Coimbra. Throughout her career, she has shown a passion for words, books, and poetry, setting music to the works of various poets and collaborating with contemporary literary figures. Calcanhotto has released anthologies of poetry for both adults and children, and also creates music under the pseudonym Adriana Partimpim for audiences of all ages. She has received two Latin Grammy Awards for Best Children's Album and Best Portuguese Language Song.
