The rap group ADL, consisting of MCs DK-47 and Lord and producers TG and Índio, recently dropped their album "Da Boca." Featuring conscious lyrics, punch lines, melodies, choir vocals, children's voices, sound effects, and clever rhymes, the album delves into the slang prevalent in Brazilian favelas across 10 fresh tracks.
With each track named after a different slang term, "Da Boca" explores the street experiences and in-depth research behind the colloquial language spoken by millions in Brazil's favelas. Produced independently by Índio and TG Garcia of ADL, the album also features visual art by Do Meio, beats by DJ Cia, Y4AN, Lenderk, and Sativo, mixing by Índio, and mastering by Márcio Pombo (TEC). Special appearances include MV Bill, Sombra, DJ Cia, and Ingrid Monteiro, showcasing the diverse talent behind this project. For bookings, contact [email protected] or call (24) 98862-1830.
