Biography

Adam Freeland is a Grammy-nominated producer, DJ, and label-head known for pioneering the fusion of breakbeat and techno on acclaimed mix albums like 'Coastal Breaks' (1996) and 'Tectonics' (2000), as well as his 2003 hit 'We Want Your Soul'. Recently, he has shifted his focus to his band The Acid, alongside RY X and Nalepa, releasing their debut album 'Liminal' in 2014 on Mute Records.

Adam Freeland currently resides in Joshua Tree, California, where he has built an off-grid homestead and recording studio.
