In 2006, while still in high school, she gained recognition for her role in the film Heart and her hit song "My Heart," which won Best Song at the 2006 MTV Indonesia Movie Awards. Throughout her career, Septriasa continued to showcase her musical talents in various films, such as Love is Cinta in 2007, and released her debut solo album, Keputusan Hati, in August 2009.
