Biography

Hailing from Toronto, Abandon All Ships formed in 2006, blending electronic music, post-hardcore, and technical metal to create a unique sound. The band, comprising Angelo Aita, Martin Broda, Sebastian Cassisi-Nunez, Kyler Stephen Browne, Andrew Paiano, and Daniel Paiano, initially started by covering Norma Jean songs before transitioning to their own music, fusing dance-pop and metal into a distinct style. After gaining attention on MuchMusic's Disband, they released their self-titled EP in 2009 and made their full-length debut on Universal Music Canada with Geeving in 2010.
