AAA is a unique mixed-gender J-pop group formed in 2005 by Masato "Max" Matsuura, attracting both female teenagers and male music fans. With big-name producers on board, AAA stands out with their diverse talents and backgrounds, including members who have experience in dancing, gymnastics, and academics. Despite their edgier sound, the group quickly gained recognition, winning the Best New Artist of the Year Award at the Japan Record Awards within a year of their debut.

Following their successful debut, AAA continued to make waves in the J-pop scene with multiple releases, including their second album "All" and the remix album "Remix Attack." Their versatility was showcased in projects like the "Challenge Cover Collection," where they covered songs by renowned artists. Despite a setback when a member left the group in 2007, AAA maintained their momentum with international appearances and multiple versions of singles to cater to different fan preferences.
