A.B. Quintanilla III

A.B. Quintanilla III, brother of the late Selena Quintanilla-Perez, is a renowned Mexican-American record producer, songwriter, and musician. Together with his sisters Selena and Suzette, and under the guidance of their parents Abraham and Marcela, they formed Los Dinos in 1980. AB played bass, produced, and wrote for Selena y los Dinos, producing hit singles like "Como la Flor," "Amor Prohibido," and "No Me Queda Más." Following Selena's tragic passing, AB founded the Kumbia Kings and later, the Kumbia All Starz, showcasing his diverse musical talents.

A.B. Quintanilla III has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career, including multiple Grammy Awards and BMI awards, with over 90 million RIAA certified albums sold. His contributions to music have been recognized with induction into the Library of Congress, the LULAC Medal of Honor, and his active support for St. Jude's Hospital.
