Cālacan is a psych-rock Latin music project led by Alberto Aguilera, formed in collaboration with Emmanuel Díaz, who produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered their debut EP "El Drama" (2021). Guillermo Sánchez, a longtime collaborator, serves as the primary bassist, and Erick Quintana showcases exceptional drumming skills, forming a close-knit group with a shared passion for pushing genre boundaries and crafting emotionally evocative music in today's landscape. Their collective aim is to create soundscapes that resonate with modern audiences and challenge traditional musical structures.
