Brake the Clock, a band formed by three brothers who celebrate slowness, has been slowly and methodically building their unique musical world for over a decade. With Pierrick on drums and vocals, François on guitar, and Victor on accordion, the group delivers English lyrics and a non-traditional use of the accordion, steering clear of folkloric stereotypes. Their debut EP "Slow Children Playing" was self-produced in 2018, followed by their first album "A Time Capsule" released on September 4, 2020, recorded during the spring 2020 lockdown in the band's rehearsal studio in Savoie, with one track recorded at Studio du Lac in Menthon Saint-Bernard. The album was mixed by Rob Carson, sound engineer and member of the Franco-Swiss metal band "Xaon." Their second album, "Searching For Beauty," was released on May 28, 2022, recorded at Studio du Lac de Menthon St Bernard with Rob Carson.
