Project Aria was formed in December 2019 when the original three members came together for their first meet-up. Originally named simply Aria, the band had to change its name to Project Aria due to issues with their distributor. Over time, the group expanded to include a bassist, a second vocalist, and a violinist, evolving into a unique indie band from the Philippines. Drawing inspiration from local folktales and mythical stories across the country, Project Aria aims to create music that resonates personally with their audience.
