Alerta Máxima is a modern regional Mexican band founded in Northern California in October 2015 by brothers Erik Ríos (drums, director) and Orlando Ríos (electric bass, musical direction). With 15 years of experience in the music industry, the brothers set out to create a fresh project that combines the key elements and youthful flair of contemporary Norteño music. The band’s members, aged between 23 and 34, hail proudly from three different states in Mexico - Michoacán, Jalisco, and Sinaloa - and include Fernando Rivera (bajo quinto), David "Chito" Valenzuela (accordion), Orlando Ríos (electric bass), Erik Ríos (drums), and Luis Ochoa (vocalist).

Alerta Máxima has captivated audiences with their unique musical performances, gaining popularity in nightclubs, concerts, dances, festivals, and private parties. Their infectious energy and showmanship have garnered widespread approval, making them a hit wherever they perform. In May 2020, the band joined TuVision Records with the aim of expanding their reach and establishing themselves as a leading force in the modern Norteño music scene, aspiring to become one of the industry’s most acclaimed bands.
