In 2014, Bruno Benzaquêm formed the band A Coisa Toda with two friends to play at a festival. The festival didn't happen, but they continued rehearsing until the guitarist left. Drummer Felipe Musa then brought in a new guitarist, and the trio started composing based on Benzaquêm's old songs. After recording a demo in a studio, the guitarist left, leading Benzaquêm to recruit André ‘Urso’ Santos, who fit perfectly with what they were looking for, as he was the only one in his previous band without a side project, and joined A Coisa Toda.
