Avery Rice, also known as @1013LilAve, was born in Midland, TX on April 6, 2000, and later moved to San Angelo, TX. After being kicked out of his mother's house at 13, he found refuge with his aunt in Tyler, TX, where he spent his teenage years navigating the challenges of juvenile detention and probation. Realizing he was headed down a dangerous path, Avery turned to rapping as a means of creating a better future for himself.

Despite facing adversity such as the absence of a stable father figure, drug issues, gang violence, and financial struggles, @1013LilAve discovered his talent for freestyling at a young age. Influenced by artists like 50 Cent, Eminem, and Chris Brown, he developed a unique style blending elements of gangsta rap, intellectualism, and symphonic melody to create his own distinctive sound.
