Formed in La Banda, Santiago del Estero province in 1996, 1000 MotherFACA, also known as "La1000," blends hard rock with rap in their music, touching on urban landscapes and socio-political realities of their region and beyond. After numerous live performances in January 1997, the band began recording their debut album, "Dios Nintendo," in early February. Following their second independent release in 2003 titled "288 (azar)," it was later professionally reissued in 2017. Over the years, the band's lineup evolved, currently consisting of Karim and Cristian on vocals, Pablo Villalba on guitar, Ariel "Zorro" Jorge on drums, and Jorge More on bass, with former members remaining part of the larger rap rock community in Northern Argentina.
